Notifications to Artists: On or about Wednesday, December 3, 2026
Artists must RSVP by December 17, 2026 to rosecvg2020@gmail.com to confirm that they will be providing the invited work(s) to the show.
December 22, 2026 - January 15, 2027 Gallery closed to visitors as we prepare for the CVG Show
Artists shipping artwork should plan for it to arrive no later than January 9, 2027.
All shipped artwork MUST include a return shipping label- no cash, checks, or stamps accepted.
Delivery of Work:
Hand Deliveries - Saturday, January 9 and Sunday, January 10, 10 am to 3 pm Artists may hand-deliver work for the show
Shipped work accepted - must be prepaid both directions and arrive by Saturday, January 9, 2027

12 NOON Awards Ceremony at the SeeFilm by invitation only - (Invited Artists plus one).
1 PM Exhibition Opens at Collective Visions Gallery. Open to the public, VISITORS WELCOME!
1 PM - 4 PM Live Music. Open to the public.
Sunday, January 17
1 PM CVG Show Juror’s walk-through and talk at the Gallery. Open to the public and FREE
Friday, February 5
5 PM – 8 PM FIRST FRIDAY Artwalk & Public Reception at Collective Visions Gallery. Open to the public.
Sunday, February 7
2 PM Panel Discussion led by Dr. Sandra Cross of the Cultural Arts Foundation Northwest at Collective Visions Gallery (free; the public is invited)
Friday, February 26
Last day of The 2027 CVG Show; closes at 4 PM
6 PM Guest Lecture by past CVG Show Juror Christian Waguespack, Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Northwest Museum of Art. The lecture will be held at Collective Visions Gallery, followed by the announcement of the People’s Choice Award. (free; the public is invited)
People’s Choice Award winner will be announced at the end of the lecturer’s talk.
Saturday, February 27 (one day only)
10AM – 3 PM Artists pick up their work at Collective Visions Gallery. Late pickup may be arranged by prior notice up. There will be a $25 storage fee for all work (except work to be shipped back to the artist) not picked up on Saturday, February 27, 2027, whether by prior arrangement or not. Early pickup of artwork is not permitted!
Week of March 1
Shipped work will be shipped back to artists

Gallery hours during the 2027 CVG Show: Wednesday - Saturday, noon to 5 pm, Sundays noon to 4 pm.
